Suntech
International Pty Ltd is an Australian company
with affiliated offices throughout Australia,
New Zealand, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Suntech
have been designing and developing
state-of-the-art surveillance systems for
15-years which enable our solutions to offer
image resolutions and capture speeds that lead
the industry.
Within
Australia, Suntech International’s head office
is located in Rowville. We have service
offices in all capital cities and affiliated
installation teams in major rural areas,
enabling prompt implementation and servicing
of our surveillance equipment Australia-wide.
Our
technology is based upon proven components
that are industry leaders in their fields,
including Sony CCD Chipped Cameras for all
demanding imaging requirements.
Our
surveillance software is written in-house and
we are proud to state that it leads the
industry in performance, flexibility and
usability. Training of staff to utilise the
software is a quick and easy process and
follows simple MS Windows procedures for all
functionality.
Suntech’s
solutions encompass the entire spectrum of
imaging requirements. We provide extremely
cost-effective solutions for small operations
ranging from 2-4 cameras, through to
competitive high-end solutions requiring
multiplexed cameras in 16 plus configurations.
We offer night cameras, infra-red, high
resolution and high definition solutions in
which all record to the highest industry
standard digital DVR devices.
Our
development team provide in-house design and
manufacturing of all components, networking
configuration based on size and location,
support and remote access via our secure
website and our own installation team to
ensure that the job is done right – first time
Suntech
specialise in digital surveillance systems,
in which all recording is direct to computer hard
disk and encrypted to ensure confidentiality and
data integrity. For back-up purposes our primary
recording systems enable our high definition video
to be written direct to CD or DVD to ensure no
loss in image quality, definition or data
integrity.
Suntech have also
developed a unique Security Surveillance System
that is coupled to our own Point-Of-Sale
system, enabling the live recording of each
sale/transaction, including the recording of sale
date, time, location, and stock management.
Instant retrieval and playback of each and all
transaction is but a few mouse clicks – offering a
truly secure solution for corporate peace of
mind and customer transaction integrity.
Suntech’s
solutions are able to be purchased outright or
placed upon a rental plan offering 100% tax
deductibility should your organisation prefer a
rent solution to free up cash-flow.
Suntech provide
3-years onsite support for our software and
computer hardware and 12-months on all cameras.
During the rental period, all software
modifications and updates are provided free of
charge.
Suntech also
provide our customers with access to our secure
website, enabling confidential, secure, encrypted
access to their surveillance system – providing
real-time viewing from each camera within their
organisation. Camera access can also be limited by
user to ensure only those with the appropriate
level of security can view an/or manipulate
specific cameras and camera positions.
As Suntech
International design and manufacturer our own
surveillance solutions, we are able to provide
both off-the-shelf and customised
solutions at wholesale prices to our customers.
