Q: What are CAMX's hours of operation?

A. Our office hours are (Mon-Fri) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST. If you need additional sales or technical support after hours, please set up an appointment.

 Q: What is the warranty on CAMX's products?

A. All CAMX's brand products (video recorders, network cameras, PTZ cameras) come with a 3 year warranty, CAMX's analog cameras come with a 18 month warranty and all WD Purple AV hard drives have a 3 year warranty.  All accessories have a 1 year warranty.

  Q: Does CAMX offer technical support on their products?

A. CAMX offers free technical support on all of their products to both our dealers as well as their clients. We value our dealer and client relationships and  pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service.
